              Example TS: How did your research increase your understanding of the situation your site deals with (poverty, care for the elderly, homelessness, animals in need, etc.)?

Sentence #2: 1st Supporting Detail (SD), with transition
              Example SD1:  I learned that there are different kinds of shelters

Sentence #3: Commentary (CM) on the SD
              Example CM1: some euthanize, or put down animals after a few days


Sentence #4: Another commentary (CM) on the SD
              Example CM2:  others only euthanize if the animal is deathly ill or too old


Sentence #5: 2nd Supporting Detail (SD), with transition
              Example SD2:  why do they do that?

Example CM1:  mainly because some areas have a pet overpopulation, and cannot handle so many pets

              Example CM2:  others are called no-kill shelters, they only put animals down that are in horrible pain, near death, or hopelessly ill
